We met Ray when we toured an open house he was showing. We immediately recognized his potential in selling our home because of his can do attitude, professional grade flyers showing the property and knowledge of the area. Throughout the selling process, he was responsive and encouraging. Notable was he personally held open house each week instead of just hanging a sign out front or having another representative present. After selling our home, he found us a dream home that without his knowledge of the area, we would have missed it entirely! While I was deciding which realtor to represent me, he kept in touch by providing valuable information about the regions market and the timing for my sale. Ray recommended pricing my home aggressively based on the current market in Reston and the recent past sales. He provided good advice on what I needed to do prior to the Open House and he did his part getting the word out through full color post cards to the neighborhood, posting on numerous online services, beautiful brochures for the Open House and posting signs leading to my house. The Open House had over 40 people going through and I had 2 above list price offers by the next morning. He was equally as active making sure the deal progressed well to settlement. We closed in less than a month. I'm happy and the buyers are happy!

Ray has expertly guided us through two purchases and two sales in the Reston Town Center area over the past 9 years. Always ahead of the curve on movement in that market, which enabled us to maximize our position on whichever side of the deal we found ourselves at the time. Additionally, Ray helped and fought for my rights when the seller became unresponsive to contracted walk through items.
